About This Project

urbanMetrics was retained by Stringbridge Holdings to provide independent real estate market, planning and policy-related advisory services for lands known municipally as 3495 Highway 7 in the City of Markham, Ontario.  This study was prepared in support of an official plan and rezoning application to include a residential component with 500 units on this site which was already designated for hotel use.  This study evaluated the residential and high-end hotel markets in Markham and was successful in achieving the desired result at an OMB Hearing.
