urbanMetrics was retained by George Brown College to provide a preliminary case study for a potential relocation of the Casa Loma campus to the Mount Dennis neighbourhood.
This report analyzed several key decision-making lenses (e.g., campus planning strategies, regional distribution of GBC enrolment, demographic composition of commuter catchment areas). These data points demonstrate how a new non-downtown GBC campus would potentially align with students—and prospective students—residing in neighbourhoods that generate above-average interest in certain GBC programs, particularly those offered at the Casa Loma Campus.
