Nick joined urbanMetrics in 2022 and has over ten years experience in the municipal economic development sector. Nick has experience in delivering economic development projects and programs including strategy development, sectoral analysis, community improvement plans, business improvement associations and investment attraction and site selection projects.
Nick holds a Master of Economic Development & Innovation from University of Waterloo, Post-Grad Certificate International Marketing from Humber College as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with Honours from University of Toronto. Prior to joining urbanMetrics, Nick held progressive positions with the Town of Aurora and the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation.
Nick is a certified Economic Developer (Ec.D) with the Economic Developers Association of Canada and licensed Real Estate Broker in the Province of Ontario.
