About the project
urbanMetrics was retained by UNIX to examine the financial trade-offs between overall density, affordable units, and two- and three-bedroom family-sized units for a project in the City of Toronto’s purpose-built rental incentive stream.
Our role was to independently quantify the impacts of policy changes on the project’s feasibility and identify a pathway to a viable project that will deliver a significant supply of affordable housing.
