About the project
In support of an expropriation matter, urbanMetrics prepared market evidence with regards to the development potential of lands adjacent to a shopping centre in Brampton, Ontario. The expropriation involved the taking of lands required for the 410 right-of-way at Bovaird Avenue. urbanMetrics role was to provide market evidence to assist in the appraisal of the property.
