urbanMetrics was part of a multi-disciplinary planning team that evaluated the potential for new commercial and industrial development on nearly 100-acres of vacant and serviceable greenfield lands which have been deemed surplus to YOW’s operational requirements. In consultation with local real estate stakeholders, business groups and other economic development leaders, urbanMetrics prepared an independent evaluation of the market prospect and development economics for several large blocks that are supported by strong regional transportation, including a new LRT line which link YOW to Downtown Ottawa.
