About the project
urbanMetrics was retained by Great Gulf to evaluate the market opportunity for a four-seasons Community in the Castle Glen Community in the Town of the Blue Mountains. This community located on the Niagara Escarpment had pre-approvals in place to support a new resort-style residential community, complemented by two hotels, golf courses, and upwards of 50,000 square feet of commercial space.
Based on the implications of COVID-19, Great Gulf retain urbanMetrics to provide independent strategic advice related to the scale and market potential of the land (as approved), including the ability to stage the development in accordance with new market conditions brought about by the pandemic.
