City of Kenora – Strategic Plan: 2015-2020
About the project
Working closely with the CAO, Council and the Senior Leadership Team, urbanMetrics led an innovative strategic planning process for this city of 15,000 residents located in northwestern Ontario.
In developing a series of corporate priorities for Staff and Council, the Strategic Plan process involved an extensive stakeholder engagement process, including on-line surveys, focus groups and community consultations with the public. As part of a three month consultation process, urbanMetrics connected with over 1,800 participants.
The Strategic Plan was unanimously endorsed by Council and will form the lens for municipal decision making for the next 4 years.
