About the project
urbanMetrics was retained as part of a multi-disciplinary team to prepare the Heart of Our City Master Plan for the City of Lethbridge, Alberta. Our role was to undertake the market and economic analysis to guide the preparation of the plan and its implementation. The assignment involved extensive community input and a highly creative process to develop innovative ideas for a planning and investment strategy for downtown Lethbridge.
The assignment led to the creation of a Master Plan for Downtown Lethbridge that continues to guide planning, design, investment and development of the City’s core.
