City of Mississauga – Clarke Memorial Hall Feasibility Analysis

City of Mississauga – Clarke Memorial Hall Feasibility Analysis

About the project

urbanMetrics was retained by the City of Mississauga’s Cultural Division in June 2014 to undertake  a high-level feasibility study designed to help the City determine an optimal and viable plan for the operation of Clarke Memorial Hall (CMH),  a City-owned heritage property located at 161 Lakeshore Road West in Port Credit. The general intent was to explore options for re-purposing the property into a flourishing hub that will bring together Mississauga residents for cultural, artistic and celebratory purposes.

This feasibility study addressed two core questions:

  • Who should or could make best use out of this space?
  • What are the management options necessary for success?
