About the project
In support of a litigation matter, urbanMetrics prepared evidence in support of an expropriation by the City of Windsor to facilitate a wind energy manufacturing facility. The assignment involved assessing the development market in southeast Windsor and analyzing the marketability of the future potential commercial site. In particular, we were required to assess the impact of a proposed road configuration on the marketability of the site. The City of Windsor prevailed in this case.
