About the project
urbanMetrics was retained by Foothills County, the Town of High River and the Town of Okotoks to prepare an analysis of the development viability of an inter-municipal industrial park. Our consulting mandate with the municipalities provided a detailed financial impact analysis, leading to a joint-revenue sharing agreement for future industrial growth within Foothills County.
