E. Manson Investments – Markham Private School Conversion OMB Hearing

In 2010 urbanMetrics was retained to prepare witness statements on behalf of E. Manson Investments to be submitted as evidence at the Ontario Municipal Board. The proponent was planning to retrofit an existing industrial/warehouse building in Markham to be used as a private school and daycare facility. urbanMetrics was asked to review and respond to the opinions being put forward by opponents to this conversion, who were challenging the locating of a private school in an employment area. urbanMetrics’ evidence was well received by the Board and resulted in the approval of the project.
