About the project
urbanMetrics was engaged by First Gulf – the original proponents of East Harbour – to undertake an office market demand and employment district impact statement for lands previously used for industrial purposes. Our work on the project involved several years of advisory services, including extensive engagement with City of Toronto Planning staff. Upon build out, East Harbour is planned to support upwards of 50,000 new employees and will be supported by robust public transit.
