Having recently joined the firm, Hartley is positioned to leverage her business, data and design background to analyze complex urban problems and inform decisions shaping the built environment.  Her areas of focus include accessible design, market research, and impact-driven, sustainable community building.

Hartley holds a Masters of Real Estate & Infrastructure with distinction from the Schulich School of Business at York University, as well as a Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours) from Yorkville University, an Associate Degree in Architecture Technology from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the University of Winnipeg.
