About the project
On behalf of the owners of this state-of-the art athletics complex in Windsor, Ontario, urbanMetrics undertook an economic and fiscal impact analysis in support of an application under the City’s Community Improvement Plan incentives program. The study examined the impact of the facility on employment and tourism, and specifically the ability of the facility to attract tournaments, high performance athletes, and other visitors to Windsor.
