About the project
urbanMetrics has carried out several housing market feasibility studies for Parkbridge, one of Canada’s largest owner and operators of adult lifestyle (retirement) and recreational communities. As part of our mandate with Parkbridge, we provide independent research on local housing conditions as part of the land acquisition and planning/design stages of the development process.
