urbanMetrics was retained by Menkes Developments to evaluate the future office market in North York Centre as a component of the overall GTA office market and assess the impact of this proposed twin tower residential development on the future opportunity for this portion of the City to achieve its future office space targets. The results of our study confirmed the limited demand for office space in North York Centre and provided important evidence at an OMB Hearing resulting in this residential project being approved.
