Peter has been actively engaged in real estate and municipal development strategy for over two decades. Peter has provided market feasibility analysis and expert opinion on a wide array of projects ranging from infrastructure, land, commercial real estate and housing.  Peter is a champion of quantified engagement, a stakeholder consultation technique that enables open and transparent dialogue around difficult community planning and development issues. Peter has been qualified at the Ontario Municipal Board as a land economist and market expert.
