Childcare Centres - Research Study on Annual Market Rents
About the project
urbanMetrics inc. has been retained by the Ministry of Education to conduct a research study on annual market rents (“AMRs”) for childcare centres across the Province of Ontario.
This study has been conducted to help support the Ministry’s roll-out of the Canada-wide Early Learning Child Care (“CWELCC”) agreement with the federal government.
This study provides benchmarks on annual market rents (AMRs) for commercial and industrial-type spaces that would be suitable for childcare centres. The research provided by urbanMetrics is intended to inform the grant allocation for accommodation costs of childcare centres in community spaces.
