Rowan has over 30 years experience in urban economic analysis consulting to both public and private sector clients.  His range of expertise including urban planning, market analysis, and economics, enable him to offer his clients a unique perspective on urban issues, with recommendations that reflect economic reality.  His primary practice areas include retail and commercial real estate consulting, tourism strategy, economic and fiscal impact and downtown revitalization. Rowan has extensive experience at the Ontario Land Tribunal including files related to commercial market disputes and development charges.
