About the project
urbanMetrics was retained to conduct a residential market analysis to determine if there was sufficient market demand for permanent and vacation properties to support the required absorption rates for the first phase of the Haven project located within the Campbellford Urban Area in the Municipality of Trent Hills.
Our study included a review of the locational attributes of the site; an assessment of residential development trends; an overview of existing and competitive housing supply in Northumberland County and Kawartha Lakes; and a residential demand forecast for new permanent and vacation properties in the local market area.
