About the project
On behalf of the Municipality of St.-Charles, urbanMetrics led a strategic planning process for a small, bilingual, agriculturally based community in the Greater Sudbury area.
In developing corporate priorities for Staff and Council, the Strategic Plan involved extensive engagement including on-line surveys, focus groups, public consultations and a free community barbeque with the whole town present.
