Tywen is in his second spell at urbanMetrics where he has experience providing advisory services to a wide range of stakeholders across the built environment. He has provided insight on municipal strategy and policy development in the context of financial feasibility and delivery models for achieving city-building goals. In addition, he is experienced providing insights to developers and landowners in areas including financial feasibility and highest and best use assessments.
Tywen holds a Master of Science in the Environment and Sustainable Development from the Bartlett Development Planning Unit at University College London, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Public Management with Honours from the University of Guelph.
