About the project
urbanMetrics lead a multi-disciplinary planning team to undertake an economic development plan that addresses future business and investment opportunities in the vicinity of a new hospital in the City of Vaughan Ontario. Working in collaboration with the City of Vaughan, Mackenzie Health, York University and ventureLAB, our team provided a framework for managing and growing an innovation district comprised of health-science firms and R&D-intensive enterprises around the hospital.
