About the project
urbanMetrics was retained by the Town of Whitchurch Stouffville to undertake a commercial policy review in tandem with its new Official Plan. As part of our mandate, urbanMetrics has carried out a detailed market analysis based on prevailing and anticipated patterns of development. In doing so, we have prepared forecasts of future warranted space needed to support local population and future economic growth over the next 25 years. Our work provides a framework for key commercial policy decisions related to complete communities and balanced development.
